We want to thank you for choosing Academy of Dance Arts for your child's dance experience.
How to Pay
Your first months tuition needs to be made at the studio by cash or check. Once your regular monthly rate has been established you have several ways to pay.
1. At the studio with cash or check
2. On-line through PayPal (There is a PayPal charge added to the tuition amount)
3. At the studio using a credit or debit card. (A 2% fee is added to the amount being paid)

TUITION PAYMENT
1. Pay the Discounted Rate if you are paying by the last day of the previous month.
2. If you are paying between the 1st and 5th pay the Regular Rate which is an additional $5 per class.

If you are paying after the 5th your tuition is late and please add $15 to the regular rate, not the discounted rate.

POLICIES
Students under the age of 18 must be registered for all
classes by a parent or guardian.
A minimum of one month's tuition,
and the annual registration fee will be due at the time of registration.
If a student enrolls in the middle of a month, the short month will be
pro-rated and added to the next month's tuition along with the registration fee.
Payment Policies For Registered Students
- Tuition is payable monthly, in advance.
- Tuition is based on a four week month.
- There is no charge for any fifth lesson in a month.
- There are no refunds, credits, or transfers given for any class tuitions.
- Tuition is not pro-rated for missed lessons.
- No credits are given for holiday closures.
- Siblings can combine their dance hours to get a lower rate. (This offer is only for siblings, not parents.)
- REGULAR RATE: All tuition is due on or before the 5th of each month, or a $15.00 late fee will be applied.
- DISCOUNTED RATE: Tuition paid by the last day of the previous month will be discounted as per the tuition rate schedule.
- All tuition is late after the 5th of the month. A $15 late fee will be added to the regular rate for all late tuition
- ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: This is due at the time of registration and every September. The registration fee is not pro-rated. The studio's year is September thru August. Students who quit, or are dropped from a class, and then rejoin within a studio year, will be charged the registration fee again.
- THE ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE IS PER STUDENT. There is no sibling discount.
